药物置换疗法在儿童腺样体肥大继发分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨药物置换疗法在腺样体肥大继发分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用及疗效。方法观察316例（505耳）腺样体肥大继发分泌性中耳炎患者，在腺样体切除的同时施行鼓膜切开、强的松龙置换鼓室内分泌物达到治疗分泌性中耳炎的目的。分析其疗效并探讨其与性别、年龄、双耳是否同时发病、病程时长以及病情严重程度的相关性。结果术后随访12个月，疗效明显，治愈率98.2%（496耳）。治疗效果与性别、年龄、双耳是否同时发病无关（P>0.05），而与病程时长、病情严重程度相关（P<0.05）。结论药物置换疗法在腺样体肥大继发分泌性中耳炎的治疗中效果明显，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the application and efficacy of medicine auxotherapy in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media secondary to adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods 316 children(505 ears)with secretory otitis media secondary to adenoidal hypertrophy received adenoidectomy, myringotomy and replacement of secretion in tympanic cavity with prednisolone. The therapeutic effects were analyzed and the correlations with genders, ages, simultaneous onset in the two ears or not, course of disease and severity were discussed.Results Twelve months of post-operative follow-up study found that the therapeutic effect was obvious and the curative rate was 98.2% (496 ears). The therapeutic effect was unrelated to gender, age and simultaneous onset in the two ears or not(P>0.05),but related to the duration and severity of disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicine auxotherapy is effective in treating secretory otitis media secondary to adenoidal hypertrophy, and hence worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
