听障中学生的人际信任、社交回避状况及其相关性

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the interpersonal trust and social avoidance among hearing-impaired secondary school students. Methods A total of 361 hearing-impaired secondary school students were assessed with Interpersonal Trust Scale and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale. Results The overall interpersonal trust level among hearing-impaired students was low, but the scores of hearing-impaired junior and senior high school students were significantly higher than those of normal-hearing senior high school students(t=2.77,P<0.01;t=21.82,P<0.01).The interpersonal trust level among hearing-impaired senior high school students was significantly higher than that among junior high school students(t=4.46,P<0.01). The social avoidance and distress among hearing-impaired students were both at intermediate levels, and there was no significant difference in the social avoidance and distress scores between junior and senior high school students. The social avoidance scores were positively related with the social distress(r=0.41,P<0.01). Conclusion The interpersonal trust level among hearing-impaired secondary school students improves with age, but the social avoidance and distress level show no obvious change during the secondary education period.%目的:了解听障中学生人际信任和社交回避的状况及其关系。方法采用《人际信任量表》和《社交回避与苦恼量表》,对361名在校听障中学生开展调查。结果听障中学生人际信任水平总体不高,处于“不确定”状态,但听障初中生和高中生都显著高于健听高中生(t=2.77,P<0.01;t=21.82,P<0.01);高中阶段听障学生的人际信任水平显著高于初中阶段听障学生(t=4.46,P<0.01);听障中学生的社交回避和社交苦恼均处于中等程度,初中和高中阶段没有显著变化;听障中学生的社交回避与社交苦恼呈显著正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01)。结论听障中学生随着年级升高或年龄增长,其人际信任水平不断提高,而其社交回避和社交苦恼在整个中学阶段变化不大。
