同型半胱氨酸与突发性聋的关系

摘要

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between homocysteine (HCY) and sudden sensorineural hearing loss.MethadS With a documentary review of hospitalized patients with sudden deafness,67 cases were classified into groups and analyzed with Krnskal Wallis test,according to the age (more than 60 years and less than 60 years old),sex,hearing curve,hearing decline,hypertension and prognosis.Results There was no significant difference in HCY values between the groups.Conclusion HCY may not have a clear relationship with sudden deafness.This may be related to the pathogenesis of various types of sudden deafness involved in the microcirculation of the inner ear,and may also be related to a small number of cases.%目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)与突发性聋的发病关系.方法 回顾分析67例突发性聋患者的临床资料,分别按照年龄(≥60 y、＜60 y)、性别、突聋类型、听力损失程度、是否合并高血压及突聋预后效果(有效和无效)分组,并采用Kruskal Wallis检验法分析组间差异.结果 不同性别、年龄、突聋类型、听力损失程度、是否合并高血压、治疗效果的患者间HCY值比较无统计学差异.结论 HCY与突发性聋发病可能无明确关系,可能与各种类型突发性聋的发病机制中均涉及到内耳微循环障碍有关,也可能与本研究病例数较少有关.
