成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入诊疗进展

摘要

随着老龄化社会的到来,我国成人语后聋患者的数量逐年增加,对于重度、极重度感音神经性语后聋患者来说人工耳蜗植入是最佳选择.本文从成人语后聋的病因、人工耳蜗植入适应证和禁忌证、影响人工耳蜗植入效果的相关因素、成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入的残余听力保护及康复等方面进行阐述,旨在让更多的成人语后聋患者得到及时、有效的治疗,以提高其生活质量.%With the coming of aging society,the number of adult with postlingual hearing loss in China will increase year by year.Cochlear implantation(CI) is the best choice for people with severe to profound hearing loss.This article discussed the etiology of the adult with postlingual hearing loss,the indication and contraindication of Cochlear implantation,the factors and related diseases affecting the effect of cochlear implantation,as well as the preservation for the residual hearing of cochlear implantation in Adults with postlingual hearing loss and the postoperative effects and rehabilitation.It aims at improving the quality of their lives by allowing more adult with postlingual hearing loss to receive timely and effective treatment.
