目的 探究运用最小音位对比训练法帮助听障儿童提高语音清晰度的效果.方法 选取60名3~5岁听障儿童,采用音位对听觉识别训练9个月后进行音位识别能力测试、构音语音能力评估、语音清晰度测试及构音器官结构与运动功能评估,对训练前后数据进行对比分析.结果 训练后被试音位识别测试评估中声母识别、韵母识别、构音语音能力及语音清晰度较训练前有较大提高.结论 在听障儿童听觉语言发展关键期,最小音位对比训练法能较大程度提高听障儿童语音清晰度.%Objective to explore the effect of using minimum phoneme contrast training to help the hearing-impaired children improve the speech intelligibility. Methods 60 aged 3 to 5 years old hearing-impaired children received tests including consonant and vowel phoneme recognition ability test, the children's subjective assessment evaluation, speech intelligibility test evaluation, articulation structure and movement of organ function.We intend to compare the results of the evaluation and determination of the target phoneme.Results After training, the recognition of finals, the ability of speech recognition,the comparison of voice and speech scores and speech intelligibility in phoneme recognition test increased greatly compared with that before training.Conclusion the minimum phoneme contrast training method can improve the speech intelligibility of hearing impaired children in the critical development period of hearing impaired children.
