Objective To compare the effect of anterior dental aesthetics repair using ultra-thin porcelain veneer and traditional porcelain veneer. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017, a total of 78 cases (78 teeth) underwent anterior tooth repair in Wang Zhongqun Dental Clinic were divided into the observation group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional porcelain veneer technique, and the observation group adopted the ultra-thin porcelain veneer repair technique. The repair effect in two groups was observed and compared after 6 months and 1 year. Results The repair effects in two groups showed no significant differences after 6 months (χ2=1.625, P > 0.05), but the repair effect in two groups was significantly different after 1 year (χ2=5.186, P< 0.05). Conclusion The ultra-thin porcelain veneer for aesthetics repair can effectively repair anterior teeth defects, and its long-term effect is better than that of traditional repair methods.%目的 比较分析超薄瓷贴面与传统烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的效果.方法 选取2016年6月—2017年6月到大连市沙河口区王忠群口腔诊所行前牙修复的78例患者(78颗患牙),依据修复方案的不同分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组采用传统烤瓷贴面技术修复,观察组采用超薄全瓷贴面修复技术修复.观察并比较两组治疗后6个月和1年的修复效果.结果 治疗6个月后两组修复效果差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.625,P＞0.05),治疗1年后两组修复效果差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.186,P＜0.05).结论 超薄全瓷贴面美容修复,可有效修复前牙缺损,其远期效果优于传统修复方法,值得推广使用.
