梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验与梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验检测梅毒的效果比较

摘要

目的：探讨梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验与梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验检测梅毒的效果。方法对100例梅毒患者，分别运用梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验与梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验进行检测，对比检测结果。结果两种方法的阳性检出率分别为97.0%和92.0%，特异性分别为94.0%和100%。结论在梅毒阳性检出率上梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验较高，而特异性梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验较高。%Objective To compare the different test results of syphilis by treponema pallidum enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(TP-ELISE) and treponema pallidum particle assay(TPPA). Methods 100 patients with syphilis were tested respectively by TP-ELISE and TPPA, and the results were compared. Results The positive rates of the two methods were 97%and 92%, and the speciifcity were 94%and 100%. Conclusions The positive rate of TP-ELISE was higher, and the speciifcity of TPPA was the highest.
