促红细胞生成素衍生物的神经保护作用综述

摘要

促红细胞生成素( EPO)作为一种新型的神经保护剂,大剂量全身性地使用会引发严重的血源性不良反应.该文概括EPO主要的神经保护作用机制,并对无血源副作用的EPO衍生物进行分类,而后重点介绍它们在中枢神经系统疾病研究中的应用,旨在对目前EPO衍生物的开发现状有一个科学认识.%Erythropoietin ( EPO ) , as a novel neuroprotective a-gent.if used systemically with a high dose, can cause serious hematopoietic adverse reactions. This article firstly summarizes the fundamental neuroprotective mechanism of EPO and then classifies the EPO derivatives devoid of hematopoietic sideeffects. Next it mainly describes their application in central nervous system diseases for the purpose of scientific understanding in current advance of EPO derivatives development.
