miRNAs对药物代谢酶的转录后调控

         

摘要

microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类小分子非编码RNAs,通过与靶基因互补配对在转录后水平调控基因表达。生理环境的改变(药物、致癌物、激素、压力或癌症等)会导致miR-NA表达的改变而影响药物代谢或药效的改变。对药物代谢酶相关的miRNA进行评价可为个体化治疗提供有价值的信息。该文就miRNA对Ⅰ相和Ⅱ相代谢酶的转录后调控作用进行综述。%microRNAs ( miRNAs) are a family of short non-cod-ing RNAs that regulate the expression of target genes by binding to complementary regions. The miRNAs expression is readily al-tered by drugs, carcinogens, hormones, stress or diseases, and that might lead to changes in the drug metabolism, pharmacoki-netics or potency. Moreover, the evaluation of drug metabolic enzyme-related miRNAs would provide useful information for per-sonalized medicine. This review describes the current knowledge on the post-transcription regulation of drug metabolic enzymes by miRNAs.
