二胎妊娠期护士角色压力现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的:调查新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市二胎妊娠期护士角色压力现状及其影响因素.方法:应用一般资料调查表、中文版护理人员角色冲突和角色模糊量表对乌鲁木齐市 6 所三级甲等综合医院 152 名二胎妊娠期护士进行横断面调查.结果 :152 名二胎妊娠期护士角色压力量表得分为(58.42±7.56)分 ;民族、科室、二胎妊娠期每月夜班数量、科室是否给予照顾是二胎妊娠期护士角色压力的影响因素.结论 :新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市二胎妊娠期护士的角色压力情况处于中等水平,护理管理者应增加科室人员配备,减轻二胎妊娠期护士的工作负荷,保证工作内容稳定,给予适当的照顾与支持,降低其二胎妊娠期间的角色压力.%Objective: To investigate the status and influence factors of' role stress of nurses in the second trimester of pregnancy in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 152 second-gestation nurses in 6 third-grade general hospitals in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region using general information questionnaire, Chinese version of nursing staff role conflict and role fuzzy scale. Results: The scores of the stress scale among 152 secondpregnancy nurses were 58.42±7.56. The influencing factors were the number of night shifts each month, ethnic groups, department and support from the peer group. Conclusion: The role stress of pregnant nurses is at medium level. Nursing managers should reduce the workload and provide more support to the nurses during pregnancy.
