老年骨性关节炎患者失能预防研究进展

摘要

本文对老年骨性关节炎患者失能的影响因素、发生情况、不良影响、测评工具及预防措施几方面进行综述,建议研究者考虑骨性关节炎患者失能的影响因素,并基于此采取有针对性的预防措施,为今后我国老年骨性关节炎患者的失能预防提供参考依据.%In this article, we reviewed the occurrence, adverse effects, influencing factors, assessment tools and preventive measures of senile osteoarthritis disability. It was suggested that medical staff should consider the influencing factors of senile osteoarthritis disability and take preventive measures accordingly. All of the studies could provide reference for disability prevention in elderly patients with osteoarthritis.
