护士主动离职原因分析

         

摘要

目的:探寻护士离职的深层次原因,为护理管理者有针对性地采取措施提供依据,促进护理队伍建设与发展.方法:采用内容分析法对某三级甲等医院主动离职的9名护士进行半结构式访谈后的资料进行分析.结果:离职原因归纳为7点,依次为工作压力大、专业发展空间局限、管理欠人性化、生活质量差、环境政策方面、收入偏低且分配欠公开透明、工作中人际关系.结论:护理管理者应转变观念,采用人性化管理手段,激发在职护士的潜能,以稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量.%Objectives: To describe the reasons for nurses' resignation in a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital, to help managers take targeted measures and to promote nursing team construction and development. Methods: Nine nurses who resigned from the hospital in 2010 were interviewed by semi-structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results:Nurses indicated that the reasons for resigning were:working stress,limited space for professional development, human-based management deficit, poor quality of life,nursing policy support deficit,dissatisfaction with payment and poor fellow relationship.Conclusion: Nursing Managers should change management concept,adopt humanized management means and stimulate on-the-job nurse potential to stabilize nursing team and improve nursing quality.
