美国牙科辅助人员培训及实践范围对我国口腔护士培养的启示

摘要

In America, the dental team is composed of dentist and the dental auxiliaries who include dental hygienist, dental therapist, dental assistant, lab technician and so on. The training programs and practice framework of them are different from each other. We need to learn from the training of dental auxiliaries in America, such as developing the academic education of our dental nursing and improve the education level in order to provide higher quality service, promoting the transdisciplinary education in school education so as to improve the cooperation among the dental team, and facilitating the establishment of dental nursing related association to provide support and guidance for the development of dental nursing.%在美国，牙科团队包括牙科医生和牙科辅助人员，即牙科卫生士、牙科治疗师、牙科助理以及实验室技师等等。不同的牙科辅助人员的培训以及实践范围也不尽相同。美国牙科辅助人员的培养提示，我国应积极发展国内口腔护理的学历教育并不断提高教育层次，以提供更高水平的口腔护理服务质量；在学校教育阶段提倡跨专业教育模式，以提高牙科队伍的团队合作质量；尽快促成口腔护理相关协会的建立，为口腔护理的长足发展提供支持和指导。
