在早产儿家属中应用系统化健康指导法的实践与效果评价

摘要

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of mix-methods training program on premature infant care of parents. Methods:Self-designed questionnaires were applied to investigate 180 parents of premature infants about care knowledge, skills before and after training when the babies were hospitalized. Results:After training, the caring knowledge and skills on premature infant care of the premature infants' parents improved (P<0.001). Conclusion:The premature infants' parents had obviously improved their knowledge and skills after the mix-methods training program. It could be helpful for their home care after the premature infants discharge.%目的：评价系统化健康指导法在早产儿家属中的应用效果，为出院早产儿的健康教育提供依据。方法：在早产儿住院期间对180名家属进行系统化知识培训、技能训练，采用自制问卷对早产儿家属在培训前、后进行调查。结果：通过培训，早产儿父母对早产儿护理知识及技能掌握总体水平均有很大提高（P<0.001）。结论：使用系统化的健康指导方法，很大程度上提高了早产儿家属对早产儿的认知及护理照顾能力，对早产儿出院后居家护理将有很大的帮助，值得临床上推广。
