技术接受模型在压力性损伤管理软件推广中的应用研究

摘要

Objective: To analyze effects of the Technology Acceptance Model in application of pressure injury management software. Methods: Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, a plan was developed to popularize the pressure injury management software, which includes: optimizing software performance, establishing standard operating procedures and popularizing softwares in different phases (trial phase, growing phase and consolidating phase), along with software training and support. From March 2016 to June 2017, this software was employed in 3 tertiary Grade A hospitals and 2 tertiary grade B hospitals with mature foundation of nursing information system in a certain province. Besides, "Quality Evaluation System of Pressure Injury Prevention in Hospitalized Patients" and "Satisfaction Evaluation System of Pressure Injury Management Softwares" were adopted respectively to evaluate the usefulness and ease of software application. Results: After implementation of the promotion program, the five hospitals acquired certain achievements in terms of increasing accuracy of pressure injury and risk degree assessment, higher accuracy of pressure injury prevention measures and the corresponding quality control measures (P<0.05). The incidence of pressure injury acquired in hospitals decreased from 2.25％ to 0.65％. The average time consumed on risk assessment of pressure injury by different levels of nurses reduced from (3.43±2.69) min to (2.57±2.08) min. As to the ease of using the pressure injury management software, the overall satisfaction was 93.9％. Conclusion: The Technology Acceptance Model, which can help to improve the effectiveness of pressure injury management, enhance nurse satisfaction and get good promotion effects, is feasible and worthy of reference in popularization of pressure injury management softwares.%目的:分析技术接受模型在压力性损伤管理软件推广中的应用成效.方法:基于技术接受模型理论制定压力性损伤管理软件推广方案,包括优化软件性能、制作软件使用标准化作业流程、分阶段(试运行期、成长期、巩固期)推广软件、全程培训和协同管理.2016年3月至2017年6月,在某省具有护理信息化建设基础的3家三级甲等医院和2家三级乙等医院推广压力性损伤管理软件,采用"住院患者压力性损伤防范质量评价指标体系"和"压力性损伤管理软件满意度评价表"分别评价软件推广的有用性和易用性.结果:实施推广方案后,5家医院在压力性损伤及风险程度评估正确率、压力性损伤防护举措正确率、压力性损伤质量监控措施正确率方面均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);院内获得性压力性损伤发生率从2.25％ 降至0.65％;各层级护士对压力性损伤风险评估耗时从(3.43±2.69)min缩短至(2.57±2.08)min,护士对压力性损伤管理软件的易用性总体满意率为93.9％.结论:技术接受模型在压力性损伤管理软件推广中是可行的,且能提高压力性损伤管理成效,提升护士满意度,获得良好的推广效应.
