风险控制在感染科护理管理中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To introduce the effect of risk control idea of nursing risk management in the Department of infection, the daily nursing work. Methods The nursing risk analysis, through targeted nursing intervention, find out the weak links. Results The nursing staff to strengthen the awareness of self-protection; litter staff quality is improved; patient satisfaction rate rose. Conclusion In the work, strengthen risk control, can improve the effectiveness of nursing management.%目的：探讨在感染科日常护理工作中引入风险控制思路进行护理风险管理的效果。方法将护理工作中的风险源进行解析，感染科风险源归纳为手卫生不到位、锐器损伤、环境因素、患者因素等四类，通过针对性护理干预，找出薄弱环节。结果护理人员手卫生状况得到改善，增强了自我防护意识、降低了锐器损伤率；保洁人员工作质量得到提高；患者满意率上升。结论护理工作中，加强风险控制，可提高护理管理工作的实效性。
