目的：研究中医药序贯疗法标本兼治治疗哮病患者情况。方法治疗组患者采用三步序贯法；在哮病急性发作期，口服寒喘舒片、热喘舒片等，“外治”施以穴位贴敷（温金膏或清金膏）或穴位结扎术；在哮病缓解期，口服安喘舒片或四季康饼干，予新穴位治疗术。结果改善了患者的临床症状，如喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣等，改善了患者的肺功能，从而降低了年均急性发作及年均住院次数。结论标本兼治三步序贯法防治哮病是有效的，能够减少复发，提高患者的生活质量。%Objective To study the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy in treatment of pa-tients with asthma.
