To evaluate the effect of an ophthalmological nurse training mode in clinical practice. In one ophthalmologist to one nurse teaching mode, the teachers, different speciality (vitreo - retinal disease, cataract, glaucoma, cornea refractive surgery ,et al) doctors, teached the high- grade nursers with long clinical experiences, respectively . The qualified nurse could train low-grade nursers. In a short time, the ophthalmolgical nursers gained and increased specific technical knowledge and clinical skills ,and engendered more intresting and love for ophthalmological nursing under the ladder training mode. The most important is that the new educational mode enhanced their abilities to find and solve problems in clinical experiences, and the cooperation of doctors and nurses reached higher level.%探讨在临床实践中建立的眼科护士培训体系的效果.在一对一医师护士培训模式中,不同眼科专业(玻璃体、视网膜病、白内障、青光眼、角膜屈光手术等)的医师作为指导教师,分别对高年资护士进行培训,合格后的护师培训低年资护士.在短时间内,眼科护士的眼科专业知识掌握、专业技术水平有了明显提高,对眼科护理专业产生浓厚兴趣和热爱.更重要的是这种逐级教学训练模式使眼科护士在临床工作中增强了发现问题解决问题的能力,医师和护士的合作达到更高的水平.
