住院患者出院31天内再入院影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the inpatients readmission in 31 days in a three level first-class comprehensive hospital .To provide basis for enhancing the hospital medical service quality and scientific manage -ment .Methods We lead all data of discharged patients information database into Excel 2003 in the first half of 2012 .Descriptive anal-ysis and factor analysis are taken to analyze inpatients readmission in 31 days by SPSS17 .0 .Results Patients factors such as age ,dis-ease ,the severity of the disease are the important factors which affect the readmission .Hospital its own factors are also related to it . Conclusion Reducing duplication of hospital admission rates can make full use of medical resources ,and give full play to the social ben-efits .%　　目的了解某三级甲等综合医院住院患者出院31天内再入院的现状及其影响因素，为提升医院医疗服务质量及科学管理提供依据。方法将该院2012年上半年出院病人信息数据库中所有数据导入Excel2003，运用SPSS17．0统计软件对出院31天内再住院患者进行描述性分析和因素分析。结果患者出院至再入院的平均间隔天数为23．26天，再入院患者来源以社区各县为主（占47．59％），其中482例为非计划性再入院，占总出院人数的1．01％，占所有再住院人数的31．38％。患者年龄、所患疾病，疾病的严重程度等是影响患者再入院的重要因素，医院自身因素也与患者出院31天内再入院相关。结论减少重复住院率，是充分利用医疗资源，发挥社会效益的有效办法之一。
