691例住院患者择期手术取消原因分析和对策建议

摘要

目的 探索住院患者择期手术取消的原因,提出相应的对策和干预措施,以期降低手术临时取消率.方法 统计2016年7月1日-2016年10月31日某院住院患者临时取消择期手术例数,对相关原因进行分析.结果 取消手术691例(5.74％),其中疾病原因321例(46.45％)占比最多,患者原因238例(34.44％),医方原因113例(16.35％).取消率前三位科室为胸外科(12.68％)、口腔颅颌面科(8.62％)、口腔头颈肿瘤科(8.01％).结论 多数手术取消可以通过推进信息化建设,推进日间手术,加强术前评估,提高业务水平,绩效挂钩等措施加以避免,当日取消手术的发生率有很大的下降空间.%Objective To explore the causes of surgical cancellation in hospital and to explore relevant strategies to reduce surgery cancellations.Methods Calculate the number of elective surgery cancellation cases from July 1 to October 31 and then analyze the relevant causes.Results 691 (5.74％) elective surgery cases were canceled in the study period.Cancellation of elective operations about verified data is analyzed:disease-related factors 231 (46.45％),patient-related factors 238 (34.44％) and hospital-related factors 113 (16.35％).The department of top three cancellation rate are Thoracic Surgery (12.68％),Oral and Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery (8.62％),Oral and Maxillofacial-Head and Neck Oncology (8.01％).Conclusion Most of the operation can be avoided by advancing the construction of information technology,promoting the day surgery,strengthening preoperative evaluation,improving the level of business,performance and other measures.There is a big decline in space for the incidence of Day to cancel surgery.
