The"Mutual Participation"mode of medical practice in the history was analyzed. Characters of this doctor - patient relationship mode should have been refined as follow; an "intimate relationship" should be built between doctor and patient; enlightenment should be given patient by doctor; the trust between the doctor and patient should be higher than " Patient Autonomy". After the comparison these characters with the data from current hospital culture details in China, problems exist in the culture details in medicine were then analyzed in view of the history, on that basis, a further exploration and analysis on the substantive characteristics of " Mutual Participation" mode was made.%对历史上“双方参与”模式的医疗实践进行分析,提炼出这种模式的医患关系所应包含的特征,包括:医患之间需要构建“亲密关系”；医生应对患者进行启蒙；医患之间的信任应高于患者的“自主性”.通过将这些特征与中国当代医院细节文化调查数据相比对,对中国医疗领域细节文化中存在的问题给出一个历史角度的分析,在此基础上,也对“双方参与”模式的各种本质特征给出更进一步的探讨和分析.
