农村乡土社会中的人情与乡情影响着农村卫生室的经营和村医的行医行为.村医能够灵活处理医疗卫生费用,其工作方式也呈现出了“足不出户、家室一体”的特征,且弱化了村医的医者身份,而村医行医的灵活性和及时性更成为了村民选择去村卫生室就医的主要原因.随着越来越多的现代元素植入传统的乡土社会,如何满足村民的医疗需求,成为农村卫生事业发展必须要解决的问题.%Human and hometown feelings in rural society affects the rural clinic management and the village doctor practicing behavior. Village doctors can easily handle medical and health costs, their ways of working appear as "not need go out, home as well as the clinic" , furthermore, it weakens the village doctors identity as a doctor, and this flexibility and timeliness are the major reason for the villagers to choose the village clinic. With more and more modern element embedded into the traditional rural society, how to meet the needs of medical treatment in villagers becomes the problem in rural health service which needs to be solved.
