品管圈在减少儿科门诊病人输液等待时间中的应用及伦理学探讨

     

摘要

目的:探讨品管圈活动在减少儿科门诊病人输液等待时间中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确立“减少儿科门诊病人输液等待时间”为活动主题,通过计划拟定、现状把握、设定目标、拟定对策、对策实施等活动步骤实施品管圈活动。结果2015年5月22日-6月21日开展品管圈活动前在我科门诊输液患儿880例,平均输液等待时间为20.14分钟;2015年7月10日-8月31日开展品管圈活动后输液患儿800例,输液等待时间降至11.08分钟。患者满意率经前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动在门诊输液管理中作用显著,不但减少了儿科门诊病人输液等待时间,提高了患者满意度,而且提高了护理工作质量,增加了团队凝聚力。%Objective:To discussthe application effect of Quality Control Circle ( QCC ) activities on reducing the infusion waiting-time in pediatric outpatients. Methods:We set up a group of QCC activity and established the activity theme as"reduce the infusion waiting time in pediatric outpatients". Then the QCC activity was imple-mented through planning, status grasping, goalsetting, proposing and carrying out the countermeasures,and so on. Results:Before the implementation of QCC, there were 880 outpatient infusion children in our department from May 22, 2015 to June 21, 2015, and the average waiting time for infusion was 20. 14 minutes. After the implemen-tation of QCC, there were 800 outpatient infusion children from July 10, 2015 to August 31, 2015, and the average waiting time for infusion reduced to 11. 08 minutes. Comparing the patients′satisfaction before and after the activi-ty, there existed significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion:QCC activity was significant in the management of outpatient transfusion. Not only could it reduce the infusion waiting time of pediatric outpatients and improve the pa-tients′satisfaction, but alsoimprove the quality of the nursing work and enhance the team cohesion. QCC activities help nurses apply the ethical knowledge better and promote the harmoniousnurse -patientrelationship under the background of constricting a harmonious society.
