人文医学研究生培养中的问题及项目管理对其作用研究∗

         

摘要

人文医学专业的研究生教育是实施医学人文教育的基础和前提,但是医学教育中往往强调了医学生人文素质的培养,对人文医学专业研究生教育却鲜有提及。主要表现在:人文医学研究生教育的关注度不够,研究生生源不足,研究生培养目标需要明确,教学环节需要提升。项目管理是一个动态的过程管理,成果指向性突出。以项目管理的方式方法,应用于人文医学研究生教育培养过程中,既能使项目管理理论的应用范围得以拓展,更是让研究生教育培养能以更科学、合理、有序的过程来完成。%Education of postgraduate students of humanistic medicine is the basis and premise of the implemen-tation of medical humanities education. The cultivation of medical students' humanistic quality is often emphasized in medical education, while the education of postgraduate student education of humanistic medicine is rarely men-tioned. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the attention on the education of postgraduate students of humanistic medicine is not enough; the graduate students are lack; the training goal needs to be clear; and the teaching links need to be improved. Project management is a dynamic process and its achievement orientation is prominent. The application of project management in the process of education of postgraduate students of humanistic medicine can expand the application scope of the project management theory. Moreover, it can facilitate education of postgraduate students of humanistic medicine to be completed in a more scientific, reasonable and orderly process.
