论在输血工作中加强医学伦理建设的意义与建议

摘要

In blood transfusion, medical ethics construction has its necessity, which is the requirement of hos-pital management refinement. It benefits to improve medical quality and assist the construction of hospital connota-tion. As well, it can promote scientific and reasonable blood transfusion and is conducive to improve the technical level and medicine professional spirit of medical staffs. In order to further standardize and improve the work of blood transfusion, it is suggested to establish ethics committee for blood transfusion and strengthen ethics training for the medical staffs on the basis of scientific management.%在输血工作中加强医学伦理建设有其必要性，是医院管理精细化的要求，有利于提高医院的医疗质量，能够助力医院内涵建设，推动科学、合理输血；有利于提高医务人员的技术水平和自身的医学职业精神，也能够尽最大可能地帮助病人。为了进一步规范、改进输血工作，建议在科学管理的基础上，成立输血伦理委员会，加强对医务人员的输血伦理培训。
