大数据时代背景下微课教学对医学伦理学教学的启示

             

摘要

With the arrival of big data era,the micro-lecture teaching as a new teaching mode arises at the right moment.The micro-lecture teaching has three characteristics of video-based,short and compact,studying and learning jointly by teachers and students,and students'self-study,and is of significant reference for the med-ical ethics teaching.The traditional medical ethics teaching faces with some challenges: the teaching contents at-tach importance to theory and despise timeliness; the teaching methods attach importance to teaching and despise application; the teaching evaluations attach importance to knowledge assessment and despise ability training.Therefore,the enlightenment of micro-lecture teaching on medical ethics teaching was manifested in three as-pects: combining theory with practice and paying attention to the timeliness of content; situational teaching and fo-cusing on the application of knowledge; taking students as the center,paying attention to the improvement of ethical decision-making ability.%随着大数据时代的到来,微课教学作为一种新的教学模式应运而生.微课教学具有以视频为主、短小紧凑,师生共同研习及学生自主学习三个特点,对当前医学伦理学教学具有借鉴意义.传统医学伦理学教学面临着教学内容重理论轻时效;教学方式重讲授轻应用;教学评价重知识考核,轻能力培养的挑战.因此,微课教学对医学伦理学教学的启示表现为三方面:理论与实际相结合、注重内容的时效性;情境式教学,注重知识的应用;以学生为中心,注重伦理决策能力的提高.
