磁共振泌尿系水成像技术的研究

     

摘要

Objective To investigate magnetic resonance urography(MRU). Methods Sixty cases suspected with urinary diseases were collected randomly, and underwent coronal 3D scanning and transaxial 2D slice scanning with fast acquisition interleaved spin echo of long T2 and extra-long TE. Results There were 53 patients with excellent imaging results, and the remained 7 ones also obtained satisfactory results with combined coronary 2D slice scanning and original tomography. Conclusion MRU can display the urologic imaging clearly, which is an ideal choice for the patient who cannot acceptrnintravenous pyelography.%目的:探讨磁共振泌尿系水成像技术.方法:随机收集某医院60例疑有泌尿系疾病的患者,采用长T2、特长TE的快速自旋回波序列进行冠状位3D扫描、横轴位2D薄层扫描.结果:60例患者中,有53例患者图像显示较满意,能满足诊断要求.7例患者因呼吸很不规律使图像显示不佳,笔者加扫冠状位2D薄层扫描,结合原始断层图像,基本能作出诊断.结论:磁共振泌尿系水成像能够清楚显示泌尿系的影像,对于不能接受静脉肾盂造影检查的患者,泌尿系水成像不失为一种理想选择,具有重要的临床应用价值.
