腰椎有限元分析及其临床意义

         

摘要

Lumbar spine finite element analysis is very important for understanding of the anatomy and stress distribution, as well as for the prevention & treatment of lumbar spondylosis. All kinds of finite element analysis models for the lumbar spine are summarized, and then the finite element analysis models in physiological and pathological conditions are analyzed and compared. The influences of such variables on the model are explored, such as the loading abilities when bending, stretching, rotating and crooking and the compression stiffness with different elastic modulus. The damages of the motions in daily life to the lumbar spine are judged, and the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spondylosis are evaluated from the clinical aspect. It's very significant to the treatment of lumbar spondylosis by different finite element models with load datarnmodified accordingly.%腰椎有限元分析对理解人类腰椎各部分解剖结构及受力情况是必不可少的,也是临床腰椎疾病防治的依据.在对各类腰椎有限元模型合并和总结的基础上,通过对正常生理及异常病理条件下的腰椎有限元模型的分析和对比,从在弯曲、伸展、旋转及侧弯4种活动中的载荷能力以及不同弹性模量下的压缩刚度等角度对模型的表现进行了概述,从而判断生活中的各种活动对腰椎的损伤,并从临床角度对腰椎疾病的诊断、治疗进行评估.指出了利用有限元分析方法,针对不同的腰椎疾病修改加载数据,获得不同腰椎疾病的有限元模型,进而研究分析腰椎疾病的形成原因及预防与治疗手段,对于临床治疗腰椎疾病有重要意义.
