64排螺旋CT血管造影在下肢血管损伤中的应用

摘要

Objective To research the significance of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) lower extremities angiography for the vascular diseases of extremities (VDE).Methods The data of twelve VDE patients undergoing CTA from June 2009 to March 2012 were analyzed retrospectively,and the images were treated with four kinds of post-processing techniques in AW4.3workstation.Results Of the patients,there were five injuries at femoral artery,two ones at popliteal artery,four ones at anterior and posterior tibial arteries,and one case at femoral artery and popliteal artery; there were four cases of vessel partial ruptures,two ones of thrombus due to severe contusion,one case of pseudoaneurysm,three ones of vascular stenosis due to the compression by muscle hematoma and two ones of vascular occlusions.Conclusion MSCT angiography can be used to evaluate the lower extremities injuries and provide diagnosis assistance for clinical treatment.%目的:探讨64排螺旋CT(MSCT)下肢动脉造影在诊断下肢血管损伤性疾病中的价值.方法:回顾分析医院2010年6月至2012年3月期间12例下肢损伤行CTA检查的患者资料,对图像结果在AW4.3工作站上利用4种常用后处理技术进行分析.结果:动脉损伤部位:股动脉5例,腘动脉2例,胫前后动脉同时损伤4例,股动脉、腘动脉同时损伤1例;其中血管部分断裂4例,严重挫伤形成血栓2例,假性动脉瘤1例;因肌肉软组织血肿压迫导致血管狭窄3例、闭塞者2例.结论:MSCTA可以准确评估下肢动脉损伤,为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠的诊断依据.
