基于新版电子病历的临床路径应用研究

摘要

目的:实现基于新版电子病历的临床路径管理新模式.方法:将临床路径信息系统与新版电子病历系统实时交互.结果:将临床路径施行的关键节点与时间节点、标准配置、医嘱处理、变异记录及统计分析等功能灵活融合.结论:有利于促进临床路径管理,提高医疗质量.%Objective To realize the new mode of the clinical pathway management based on new electronic medical record system. Methods The real-time interaction of the clinical pathway information system and new electronic medical record system was achieved. Results The key nodes of clinical pathway implementation were combined with the functions of time nodes, standard configuration, doctor's advice processing, variation recording, statistical analysis and etc. Conclusion The clinical pathway management and the quality of medical care are both improved greatly.
