嵌入电子病历信息系统的临床路径应用研究

摘要

作为新医改重要内容之一的临床路径管理模式在国内医院的应用尚处于探索阶段。以贵州省人民医院嵌入电子病历信息系统的临床路径应用为例，通过临床路径与电子病历关系的研究，提出了电子病历信息系统是实施临床路径管理的基础，实施临床路径管理又完善了电子病历信息系统。%Clinical pathway management plays an important role in China’s new healthcare reform, but its application in hospitals is still at the stage of exploration. This paper used the application of CPR-embedded clinical pathway in Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital as a case. Through a analysis of relations between clinical pathway and CPR, it was suggested that CPR information system could be a foundation for practicing clinical pathway management, and the practice of clinical pathway management could improve CPR information system as well.
