Objective To standardize data management of HIS and improve the security and usability of the data. Methods Stale data were managed with the method of data storage and on-line data should be backed up regularly. Results Various methods of data management had to be applied flexibly in actual work with satisfactory results. Conclusion Standardization of data management of HIS can improve the security and usability of the database and optimize its performance, which guarantees the smooth working of HIS.%目的:规范医院信息系统数据的管理,提高数据的安全可用性.方法:过期数据管理主要用数据转储的方法,在线数据要时时做好数据备份.结果:在实际工作中灵活运用数据管理的各种方法,取得了良好效果.结论:规范数据管理可提高数据的安全性、可用性,改善系统性能,为医院信息系统的正常运转提供保证.
