The sustainable development strategies of village landscape should be treated differently according to the developing types of villages. This article classifies villages into four types, including the primary industry developing type, the secondary industry transforming type, the tertiary industry transforming type, and the ecological restoration type. Furthermore, this article presents the strategies of landscape protection and spatial development of productive and living landscape respectively. Taking the Tujia nationality area in the southwest of Hubei as an example, this article stresses the research on four villages including the landscape resources developing type, the primary industry developing type and the ecological restoration type, which is based on the analysis of the village landscape' modern evolvement in this area.%村落景观的可持续发展策略应根据村落的发展类型区别对待,划分出一产发展型、二产转向型、三产转向型和生态恢复型4类村落,并分别提出其生产性、生活性景观的保护及空间发展策略.以鄂西南土家族地区为例,在分析该地区村落景观近现代衍变的基础上,着重对该地区的景观资源开发型、一产发展型和生态恢复型共4个村落进行了研究.
