相反相成:基于数字技术的城市道路海绵系统实践——以南京天保街生态路为例

     

摘要

The study focused on the problems of drought and waterlogging of urbanroad water environment and their generation mechanism,discussed the strategy and approach to systematically solve the problems of urban road water environment,and based on multi-objective optimization,it put forward the research method of the construction of urban road sponge system and the quantification of performance.Based on the practice of Nanjing Tianbao Street ecological road system and the monitoring data of sponge performance supported by the internet of things (IoT) sensing technology of the last three years,the sponge performance was analyzed and evaluation from four aspects:surface runoff control,rainwater harvesting and resource utilization,system habitat optimization,and economic benefit.The practice has proved that the system is running stable,and the comprehensive performance is excellent.%聚焦城市道路水环境旱涝问题及其产生机制,探讨了系统解决城市道路水环境问题的策略及设计途径,提出基于多目标优化的城市道路海绵系统构建及绩效量化研究方法,结合南京天保街生态路系统实践以及3年来基于物联传感技术获取的监测数据,从地表径流控制、雨水利用、生境优化、经济效益4个方面综合定量分析研究.实践证明本系统运行稳定、综合绩效优异,对于海绵城市建设大有可为.
