电解强化人工湿地处理城市污水处理厂尾水中微生物群落分析

         

摘要

A new electrolysis intensified constructed wetland (E-CW) had been constructed for the deep treatment of waste water treatment plants (WWTP) effluent;however,the bacterial communities and activities in this kind of CWs were far from clear.Using high-throughput sequencing and network analysis,the bacterial community associated with nutrient removal was analyzed.The results showed that E-CW harbored large amount of denitrifiers which ensured the removal of nitrogen in WWTP effluent.Furthermore,the difference of dominant OTUs and separated module as shown by network analysis demonstrated minor influence of WWTP bacterial on receiving river.%一个新型的电解人工湿地能够成功地对污水处理厂尾水中的氮、磷进行深度脱除,但其中的微生物机理和人工湿地对受水河道微生物生态的影响还远未清楚.采用高通量测序和网络分析对电解强化人工湿地中的功能微生物群落进行了研究,结果显示,电解强化人工湿地中有大量的自养型反硝化功能菌,从而保障了在低碳氮比下污水处理厂尾水中氮的脱除.经网络分析还发现,经过电解强化人工湿地后,污水处理厂尾水中的细菌群落与受水河道有显著差异,人工湿地可在污水处理厂与自然水体间起缓冲作用,更有利于减少污水处理厂尾水对自然水体的生态扰动.
