陕北丘陵沟壑区雨洪管控的地域适宜性策略与方法

摘要

This paper takes the regional difference on the construction of "sponge city" as its starting point.Based on the special circumstances of loess hilly and gully region of northern Shaanxi,some common experience and regional strategies for stormwater management has been discussed.This paper states that the construction of sponge city in this area must face the multiple special problems and fulfill multi-dimensional targets,and it also proposes an assessment framework to evaluate the suitability of both goals and measures.Then,taking the case of sponge city construction project:Baicaopo Forest Botanical Garden as an example to discuss the strategies of regional stormwater management and approaches of planning and design.%从海绵城市建设的地域性差异出发,基于陕北丘陵沟壑区的特殊情况探讨了雨洪管控的普遍经验与地域性策略,提出了该区域海绵城市建设必须面对多重特殊问题并且实现多维目标.搭建了针对目标和措施双重适宜性评价的评价框架,并通过百草坡森林植物园海绵建设项目案例探讨了地域性雨洪管控的策略和规划设计方法.
