国内废铅蓄电池铅回收业二英控制技术初探

摘要

有色金属冶炼，尤其是再生金属冶炼过程是二英的重要排放源。而再生铅行业是再生金属二英排放的重要的贡献者之一。本文对国内再生铅的主要生产工艺及产污情况进行了介绍，并系统分析了再生铅冶炼过程中的二英成因，着重阐述了国内再生铅行业二英污染控制的关键技术，并对中国再生铅二英污染控制先进技术的推广应用提出了建议。%Non-ferrous metal smelting, especially renewable metal smelting process is the important emission source of dioxins. In this paper, the main production technologies and pollution producing situation of domestic secondary lead are introduced, and the causes of dioxin production in the secondary lead industry are analyzed systematically. Focused on the domestic key technology of dioxins pollution control in the secondary lead industry, the popularization and application proposals of the technologies are put forward.
