The present invention relates to a method for recovering metal lead from a waste industrial battery. According to the present invention, metal scrap collected from a waste storage battery is treated by a solution process performed under a frozen melt film. The flux is composed of an alkali hydroxide and optionally consists of the alkali carbonate underlayer. The temperature maintained during the spinning process is between 350 [deg.] And 600 [deg.] C and most preferably between 450 [deg.] C and 550 [deg.] C.
