神经节苷脂治疗手足口病重型患儿神经精神症状的疗效观察

To investigate the curative effect of monosialotetrahexosylgang-lioside sodium injection in the treatment of severe cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children with severe neuropsychiatric symptoms. Methods From March to September 2010 320 cases of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in children with severe neuropsychiatric symptoms isolated in Puyang Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group ( n = 160 ) and treatment group ( n = 160 ). Control group received conventional treatment and treatment group was treated with monosialotetrahexosylgang-lioside sodium injection besides conventional therapy. After treatment, the number of cases with neuropsychiatric symptoms and the duration of neuropsychiatric symptoms were calculated. Results Monosialotetrahexosylgang-lioside sodium injection could alleviate the severe cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children with severe neuropsychiatric symptoms significantly ( After treatment, the number of cases with poor mental status, being easily frightened, vomiting, limb tremor, lower limb weakness, insomnia, dysphoria and bad-response was compared between two groups, and x2 value was 8. 23, 17. 22, 3. 88, 20. 49, 9. 01, 5. 82, 23. 10 and 7. 81, respectively, all P < 0. 05 ), and shorten the duration of neuropsychiatric symptoms ( the duration of symptoms such as poor mental status, vomiting, being easily frightened, limb tremor, lower limb weakness, insomnia, dysphoria, irritability, bad-response and tearing clothes was compared between two groups, and t value was 2. 18, 2.54, 2.35, 2.30, 2.53, 3.26, 3.85, 3.65, 3.42and3.57, respectively, all P<0.05). Conclusion Curative effect of monosialotetrahexosylgang-lioside sodium injection in the treatment of severe cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children with severe neuropsychiatric symptoms is significant.%目的 探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗手足口病重症病例重型患儿神经精神症状的疗效.方法 选取从2010年3至9月在濮阳市妇幼保健院隔离病区住院的手足口病重症病例重型具有神经精神症状患儿320例,将其随机分为两组,每组160例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液.对两组患儿患有神经精神症状例数及神经精神症状的持续时间进行比较.结果 单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液可显著缓解手足口病重症病例重型神经精神症状(两组患儿治疗后精神差、易惊、呕吐、四肢震颤、下肢无力、失眠、烦躁、反应迟钝病例数相比,χ2值分别为8.23、17.22、3.88、20.49、9.01、5.82、23.10、7.81,均P<0.05),可缩短神经精神症状持续时间(两组患儿精神差、呕吐、易惊、四肢震颤、下肢无力、失眠、烦躁、易激惹、反应迟钝、撕咬衣物症状持续时间相比,t值分别为2.18、2.54、2.35、2.30、2.53、3.26、3.85、3.65、3.42、3.57,均P<0.05).结论 单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗手足口病重症病例重型患儿神经精神症状疗效显著.
