A disclosed technology relates to a method for identifying a neuropsychiatric symptom in an Alzheimer's disease patient, the method comprising the steps in which: an analysis device receives an input of electroencephalographic information of an Alzheimer's disease patient; and the analysis device compares information of a plurality of frequency bands in the electroencephalographic information, or identifies as to whether the Alzheimer's disease patient has a neuropsychiatric symptom and the type of the neuropsychiatric symptom on the basis of at least one band among the plurality of frequency bands. Therefore, the neuropsychiatric symptom in the Alzheimer's disease patient can specifically be identified.
