中山市民众医院4年中剖宫产率升高原因分析

摘要

目的 通过对中山市民众医院2007至2010年剖宫产指征进行分析,探讨降低剖宫产率的措施.方法 采取回顾性分析的方法,对中山市民众医院4年来的1 476例剖宫产病例临床资料进行分析.结果 在4年中,剖宫产率逐渐上升,由2007年的26.61%上升到2010年的37.48%(χ2＝45.48,P<0.01);剖宫产的主要指征为瘢痕子宫、头盆不称、胎儿窘迫、社会因素等.结论 医务人员应做好宣传指导工作,积极推广无痛分娩,严格掌握剖宫产指征,控制剖宫产率,提高产科质量.%Objective To explore measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section by analyzing the indications of cesarean section from 2007 to 2010 in Minzhong Hospital of Zhongshan. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 1 476 cases of cesarean section in Minzhong Hospital of Zhongshan in the four years. Results In the four years the rate of cesarean section rose gradually from 26. 61% in 2007 to 37. 48% in 2010 (χ =45. 48, P < 0. 01 ). The main indications of cesarean section were uterine scar, cephalopelvic disproportion, fetal distress and social factors. Conclusion Medical staff should carry out propaganda actively and promote painless childbirth. The indications of cesarean section should be mastered and cesarean section rate should be controlled to improve obstetric quality.
