小儿感染性脑炎脑膜炎86例视频脑电监测分析

摘要

Objective To explore the application values of video-electroencephalogram ( VEEG) monitoring in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious encephalitis or meningitis .Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the VEEG monitoring data of 86 cases of infectious encephalitis or meningitis in children .Results In 86 cases with infectious encephalitis or meningitis , the abnormal rate of VEEG was 94%, and the detection rates of moderate and severe abnormal manifestations were significantly higher than skull CT (χ2 value was 8.127 and 10.389, respectively, both P<0.01).There was significant positive correlation between VEEG changes and the manifestations of children patients (r=0.642,P<0.01).The course of disease was positively associated with VEEG changes (r=0.438,P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal rate of infectious encephalitis or meningitisin in children is high with VEEG .The VEEG changes and outcomes are associated with clinical manifestation and the course of disease , which might be important indexes of guiding clinical prognosis and judging disease condition .%目的：探讨视频脑电监测在小儿感染性脑炎脑膜炎诊治中的应用价值。方法对2009年1月至2013年5月在山东省东营市胜利油田中心医院儿科住院的86例感染性脑炎脑膜炎患儿的视频脑电监测变化进行回顾性分析。结果在86例感染性脑炎脑膜炎患儿中，视频脑电图（ VEEG）异常率达94％，中度及重度异常表现者检出率明显高于头颅CT检出率（χ2值分别为8．127和10．389，P＜0．01）；VEEG异常程度与患儿临床表现轻重程度呈显著正相关（r＝0．642，P＜0．01）；病愈时间长短与VEEG异常程度呈显著正相关（r＝0．438，P＜0．01）。结论感染性脑炎脑膜炎患儿VEEG异常检出率高，其异常改变程度及转归与临床病情及病程有关，可能成为指导临床诊断及判断病情的重要指标。
