南通市2239例育龄妇女死亡原因分析

摘要

目的 调查南通市育龄妇女死因构成,为制定预防和干预措施提供依据.方法 运用育龄妇女死亡个案网络直报系统对2013至2014年南通市育龄妇女死亡资料进行统计分析.结果 2013至2014年南通市育龄妇女平均死亡率为60.56/10万,育龄妇女死亡人数及占比随年龄的增长而增加,死亡原因前3位依次为:恶性肿瘤、意外伤害、心脑血管疾病.3种主要死因的年龄段构成比差异有统计学意义,χ2=76.070,P=0.000.结论 恶性肿瘤、意外伤害和心脑血管疾病是南通市育龄妇女死亡的主要原因.因此,应加强对育龄妇女的安全教育,促进育龄妇女的身心健康,以降低其死亡率.%Objective To explore the death causes of reproductive women in Nantong City so as to provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and intervention.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted among reproductive women in Nantong during 2013-2014 by using live broadcasting system of reproductive women death via network.Results The average annual mortality of reproductive women in Nantong was 60.56/100000, and the number of death and proportion increased with age increasing.The top 3 causes were malignant tumor, unintentional injuries and cardio-cerebrovascular disease in order.There was statistically significant difference in age composition among cases with these three main causes (χ2 =76.070, P=0.000).Conclusion Malignant tumor, unintentional injuries and cardio-cerebrovascular disease are the main death causes of reproductive women in Nantong.To reduce mortality of reproductive women, safety education should be strengthened and physical and mental health of them should be promoted.
