2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变症状患者正中神经的超声特征

摘要

目的 探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变症状患者腕管处正中神经(MN)的超声特征.方法 对54例2型糖尿病、22例非神经病变、非2型糖尿病者行超声检查.结果 (1)糖尿病伴周围神经病变症状组较糖尿病不伴周围神经病变症状组MN各形态参数增大(P＜0.05).(2)糖尿病伴周围神经病变症状组MN回声主要表现为神经束回声减低、“筛网状”结构模糊和神经外膜增厚、不平整,与毗邻组织分界不清.(3)糖尿病伴周围神经病变症状组MN血流信号显著(P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病周围神经病变症状患者腕管处正中神经的超声特征有其特点,超声在一定程度上可用于2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者正中神经形态的评价.%Objective To discuss ultrasonic feature of median nerve (MN) in carpal tunnel of the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 54 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 22 control subjects. Results (1) Morphological parameters of DPN group were larger than those of non-DPN group(P<0. 05). (2) In DPN group, the echo feactures of MN showed that the fasciculus echo degraded, the "screen cloth" structure vagued, the epineurium thicked and unsmoothed, the demarcation with neighbourhood structures was not clear. (3) There was a significant difference in the color blood signal of MN(P<0. 05). Conclusions There were some feactures in MN of T2DM with symptom of DPN; to some extent, ultrasound can be used to evaluate the morphology of MN.
