Objective To evaluate relationship of ultrasonographic features and axillary lymph node metastasis (ALNM) in breast cancer, we attempted to predict ALNM by a Logistic regression model. Methods A total of 91 breast cancer patients were underwent breast and axillary sonography before surgery, by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses to predict the related factors of ALNM. Results Univariate analysis revealed that the primacy tumor size, longitudinal transverse axis ratio of tumor, micro-calcification, classification of blood supply,RI and axillary ultrasound have influences on the axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, micro-calcification, classification of blood supply, axillary ultrasound into the regression model, OR value were 2. 915, 4. 089, 2. 125. ROC curves confirmed that multivariate regression model can be helpful for predicting ALNM in breast cancer. Conclusions Logistic regression model evaluate patients with ALNM is helpful to clinic.%目的 探讨超声声像图与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移相关性,建立多因素回归模型预测腋窝淋巴结是否转移.方法 超声观察91例乳腺癌患者原发病灶及腋窝淋巴结,采用单因素和多因素分析与腋窝淋巴结转移相关的因素.结果 单因素分析认为病灶最大径、病灶纵横比、有无微钙化、血流分级、RI、腋窝淋巴结超声成像是影响腋窝转移性淋巴结的因素,有无微钙化、血流分级、腋窝淋巴结超声3个因素进入回归模型,OR值分别为2.915、4.089、2.125.ROC曲线证实多因素回归模型预测腋窝转移性淋巴结有一定的的临床意义.结论 多因素模型预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移有重要的临床意义.
