目的 比较超声弹性成像(UE)与彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在宫颈占位性病变诊断中的价值.方法 对116个宫颈病灶术前行彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像检查,以手术病理为金标准,对比分析二者诊断宫颈病灶良恶性的准确度.结果 超声弹性成像诊断宫颈病灶良恶性的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为89.47％、92.5％、90.52％.彩色多普勒超声诊断宫颈病灶良恶性的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为73.68％、75.0％、74.14％.脉冲多普勒诊断宫颈病灶良恶性的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为69.74％、62.5％、67.24％.彩色多普勒联合脉冲多普勒诊断宫颈病灶良恶性的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为71.71％、68.75％、70.69％.结论 超声弹性成像在鉴别诊断宫颈病变良恶性的准确度高于彩色多普勒超声.%Objective To compare the value of utrasonic elastography (UE) and color Doppler ultrasound (CD-FD in the differential diagnosis of cervical occupied lesions. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with cervical lesions were examined by CDFI and UE. To use surgical pathology as the gold standard, the accuracy of CDFI and UE were comaratively analyzed in the diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical occupied lesions. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of UE were 89. 47% ,92. 5% and 90. 52% respectively. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CDFI were 73. 68%, 75. 0% and 74.14% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of pulsed wave Doppler ultrasound (PW) were 69. 74%,62. 5% and 67. 24% respectively. Combined with PW, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CDFI were 71. 71%, 68. 75% and 70. 69% respectively. Conclusions The accuracy of UE is higer than that of CDFI.
