B超诊断腹部恶性淋巴瘤(附157例分析)

摘要

本文分析了157例腹部恶性淋巴瘤B超诊断资料,均有病理诊断.B超诊断符合率92.4%,能显示最小淋巴瘤直径为0.7cm.按淋巴瘤声像图特征分分成四型:低回声型127例,强回声型13例、类无回声型8例和混合型8例.主要讨论了B超在淋巴瘤的诊断、分期、治疗及随访中均起到重要作用,应列为首选检查法.也指出了B超检查的缺点及其克服办法.%This paper reports B-mode ultrasonographic examination on 157 patients with abdominal malignant lymphoma.All cases had been confirmed by pathological findings.The diagnostic accuracy of lymphomas by BUE was 92.4%.The minimum diameter of lymphoma is 0.7cm.B-mode ultrasonogram feature of abdominal malignant lymphoma can be divided into four types:Hypoechoes pattern which were showed in 127 cases;echo reinforcement pattern in 13 cases;similar non-echo pattern in 8 cases and mixed pattern in 8 cases.The paper discussed the important role of BUE in the diagnoses,staging,treatment and follow-up of abdominal malignant lymphoma.Meanwhile it points out the disavantage of BUE which can be overcomed.Finally we regarded that BUE was the first choice method for examination of abdominal maligant lymphoma.
