总结了近两年超声引导下肿瘤内局部注射治疗肝癌35例病人40个病灶的彩色多普勒超声表现,全部病例经活检证实.治疗前40个病灶中32个(80%)显示有血流,治疗后13例血流消失,14例血流减少,血流的减少或消失多与肿瘤的缩小,回声的增强及AFP的下降相一致,是病变良好转归的表现.反之亦然.治疗后9例活检,8例显示肿瘤完全性坏死,这8例完全坏死的肿瘸彩色多普勒未见血流.我们认为彩色多普勒超声对于观察肝治疗前后血流的变化及引导介入性治疗有重要价值.%Color Doppler sonographic findings on 40 lesions in 35 patients with liver cancer were e-valuated by percutaneous intratumoral injection treatment with sonographic gridance in recently two years.Diagnosis of liver dancer were confirmed by biopsy before treatment.Color Doppler imaging showed flow in 32(80%)of 40 lesions before treatment.In this group,blood flow reduced in 14 pa-tients and disappeared in 1 3 patients respectively after treatment.Reduction or disappearance of the blood flow corresponds to reduction of the tumor increase of echogenicity and decrease of AFP levels,So the changes of the blood flow can be considered as signs of favourable prognosis and vice versa,Histopathologic examination,performed in 9 patients,showed that the tumor was completely necrotic and fibrosis in 8 patients.These 8 necrotic tumors were not visible on color Doppler flow imaging after treatment.We conclude that color Doppler sonography is useful for monitoring blood flow of liver can-cer before and after treatment,and for imageing guidance during treatment.
