输尿管口梗阻疾病的超声显像诊断价值

摘要

This paper reports the uhrasonographic results of 86 cases of obstructive disease at ureterovesical junction.All the results were confirmed with the complete data of surgery and patholo-gy.The results showed the typical sonographic pattrern of the disease with ureter dilate in 0.8~ 3.2cm in dIameter.Of the 86 cases,76 were complicated by hydronephrosis(88.4%),Which include 36 cases in slight hydtonephrosis(47.4%),37 cases moderate(48.7%)and 3 cases serious(3.9%).The accuracy was 91.9%(79/86)for the etiodogical ultrasonographic diagnosis of obstructive disease at ureterovesical junction.The ultrasonographic procedure and method,the characteristics of Sonographic pattern,and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of obstructive disease at ureterovesical junction are discussed.%报告资料完整经手术及病理证实的86例输尿管口梗阻疾病的超声显像诊断结果,声像图所见患侧输尿管扩张内径为0.8～3.2cm.并发肾积水者76例,占88.4%.其中轻度肾积水36修理例(占47.4%),中度肾积水37例(占48.7%),重度肾积水3例(占3.9%).超声显像对输尿管口梗阻病因的,诊断符合率为91.9%(79/86).本文就输尿管口梗阻疾病的超声显像检查方法、声像图表现及诊断与鉴别诊断等同题进行了讨论.
