Accumulating evidences have suggested that NAD(H) kinases could be involved in various biological processes of great concern. In this study, candidate NAD(H) kinases in M. Oryzae were analyzed through bioinformatics method. The results showed that all 3 candidate NAD(H) kinases contained conserved ATP-NAD kinase domain. Phylogenomic analysis results suggested that NAD(H) kinases evolved along with the species evolution, while some key domains were still conserved. Expression analysis of one NAD(H) kinase MoPOS5 indicated that it might play a vital role in growth, development, cell differentiation and pathogenisity. All the results will facilitate to understand the biological functions of NAD(H) kinases.%对稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)全基因组中可能的NAD(H)激酶进行生物信息学和表达分析.结果表明,该菌含有3个可能的NAD(H)激酶,均具有保守的ATP-NAD激酶结构域;系统进化分析显示,NAD(H)激酶随着物种的进化而进化,但重要的功能结构域相对保守;MoPOS5在稻瘟病菌各生长发育阶段和致病过程中都有稳定转录,表明其在维持正常的生长发育及定殖扩展过程中扮演着十分重要的角色.
